Mason H. Ross Jr. embarked on his journey in the tax industry with a strong foundation in
finance and an enduring passion for numbers. Initially finding success in the music industry, Mason
recognized the potential to merge his entrepreneurial spirit with his financial expertise, which led to
the founding of Ross Tax Services in 1998. Skillfully balancing his tax business with his music
ventures, Mason ensured that both pursuits flourished.
As Mason expanded his business, his wife, Daisy Ross, chose to enhance their services by
contributing her expertise after completing specialized training. Together, they bring over 29 years of
combined experience, significantly elevating the quality of service offered to their clients.
In 2011, Mason partnered with Christopher Phillips to create Ross & Phillips Tax Services and
More. Following a successful collaboration, they amicably parted ways in early 2020. Undeterred, Mason
and Daisy continued their commitment to exceptional client service by establishing Ross & Associates Tax
Office in late 2020.
